1 March – Housing Matters: Delivering Good Medium Density Community Housing
Medium density housing is rapidly gaining momentum throughout New Zealand as a way to deliver more affordable dwellings. When done well, medium density can provide quality, affordable and sustainable housing and liveable communities.
Research is identifying what good practice medium density looks like, and new community housing developments are trialling medium density in real life.
Afternoon tea is provided and the event will be followed by an informal drinks and networking session between 5.00 – 6.30pm. Doors open at 1.30pm – session starts at approximately 1.45pm.
