Are we really serious about a community housing sector

The Trust saw an increase in the scale of supply-side initiatives, including increasing the size of the community housing sector, as the most critical policy interventions needed to address issues of housing affordability and the increasing inability of state housing alone to meet present levels of housing need for those with the greatest housing needs.
