CHA’s Tenancy Management Community of Practice

September 15 @ 2:00 pm - 3:30 pm

Tenancy Management Community of Practice

You are invited to join CHA at the next Tenancy Management Community of Practice on Thursday 15th September 2pm – 3.30pm.

Jade Thorne, Head of Tenancy – Pou Ruruhau for CORT Community Housing, will present on how they support a tenant with livability giving their tenancy longevity. “We are all in the business of longevity in tenancy, livability is one of the key features in this process. This starts before the tenancy does.”

Vicki Cowan, co-manager, Home Performance Advisor Training programme will then provide an overview of HPA’s training programmes that could support your tenancy practice. “HPA runs training programmes about healthy homes – we teach what a house needs and how people can run their home to be warm, dry and efficient.” https://homeperformanceadvisor.org.nz/

The community of practice will conclude with a case study brought to us by Kathryn Burton, Community Advocate and Workshop Facilitator.
