The Bays Community Housing Trust’s latest purpose-built house will be ready for occupancy by 1 September 2014. The house has a Lifemark Rating of 5, designed for ease of use for older people and is also within easy walking distance of shops, community amenities and buses. The furnished, shared facilities include 2 lounges, and large kitchen, dining and laundry areas. Each unfurnished bedroom comes with an ensuite and outside deck.
