Tamaki Redevelopment Corporation seeks EOI’s for residential property development partners

Here is a link to the Government procurement process (GETS) in which TRC are seeking development partners.
TRC would like to ensure momentum with its redevelopment pipeline as it concurrently develops its large scale procurement process. To that end, TRC invites EOIs from suitably qualified and experienced developers interested in being selected for a panel of suppliers to develop medium to high density residential property for small to medium sized projects. An information session on Thursday 1 October (4pm) will be held at the Waipuna Hotel and Conference Centre in Panmure for those interested in the EOI.
