If the properties do not sell through this tender process they will be offered for sale on the open market.
Registration:
Please register your interest through the Gets website Gets.govt.nz notice number 19368008. If you meet the criteria please attach a document which confirms your charitable status in New Zealand and briefly explain why your organisation has an interest in providing local social housing within Selwyn. This information must be submitted when registering your interest to be eligible to receive a tender pack. ROI close on Friday 9 February at 5pm.
