Tenancy Relations Officer Compass Housing
As a Tenancy Relations Officer you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of properties within the Auckland area. You will have a talent for forming integral relationships with tenants and sensitive to the needs of different communities and cultures.
You will be self-managing, motivated, enthusiastic and may work with tenancies which have complex needs. You have the ability to think on your feet, make quality decisions, and solve problems.
To be successful in this role you will have:
·Property management experienced with the wiliness to provide exceptional customer service
·A sound working knowledge of the Residential Tenancies Act
·Strong time management and organisational skills
·An understanding of social housing and its complexities
·The demonstrated skills and ability to manage conflict and de-escalate situations
·Excellent communication skills both (verbal and written).
·A full Drivers Licence
·Ability to travel frequently (vehicle provided)
