Driving greater innovation within funding and housing models to deliver affordable homes

The 6th Annual Affordable Housing Development and Investmen63t Summit returns to Tāmaki Auckland this August to examine recent policy reforms and unpack the learnings for our housing system in delivering affordable solutions.

We are pleased to welcome 155 Whare Āwhina as our official Charity Partner for the Summit. 10% of event proceeds will be donated to support their work in providing wraparound support services and kai for whānau in Taitokerau.

Redesign your housing strategy with the leading voices in affordable housing to build a fairer Aotearoa where all New Zealanders have a warm, dry and healthy home. Join us as we tackle key issues including:
  • Navigating partnership models with Habitat for Humanity to construct well-design affordable homes at scale and upskill the building industry
  • Exploring the alternative housing models such as Ngāti Toa Rangatira’s equity model to reduce housing prices and provide more affordable options for iwi members
  • Driving greater investment and funding within the affordable housing space with an economic outlook from Kiwibank
