They are seeking a Team Leader and a Housing Specialist for these two-year fixed term positions. Housing First will provide rapid access to permanent housing with on-going community based supports for people experiencing chronic homelessness. It is a proven international model that that is being co-designed for the unique context within the Auckland city centre.
