Accreditation Success for Accessible Properties

Congratulations to Accessible Properties New Zealand Ltd on successfully achieving Accreditation through Global-Mark!

Accessible join CORT Community Housing (Community of Refuge Trust) Housing Trust in being the first two NZ community housing organisations to attain accreditation, with CORT successfully achieving accreditation through Te Wana in 2011.

The process of Accreditation using CHA’s Best Practice Guide and Assessment Booklet results in the organisation being recognised as following best practice in the service of its clientele.

The conference sessions on accreditation and best practice will examine how the two processes work together.
