A number of research papers have been written that support the sector’s call for a Housing Warrant of Fitness that are worth reading.

1. A paper written by Phillipa Howden-Chapman et al looks at the 2015 budget and its significance for social housing. There is some very good information in here around the housing warrant of fitness.

2. Another paper worth a look at is a by Sarah Bierre, Mark Bennett, and Philippa Howden-Chapman .
