CNSST Foundation (formerly known as Chinese New Settlers Services Trust) is a registered charitable trust, which offers culturally and linguistically appropriate services to both Asian new settlers and the community as a whole in New Zealand. Alongside its Social Services and Education arms, CNSST is a registered community housing provider with the Community Housing Regulatory Authority. With its opening in March 2018, CNSST Kotuku House in Panmure, Auckland, provides 36 social housing apartment units and wrap around support services to tenants aged over 65 years.
CNSST Foundation aims to widen its social housing services to provide housing to more seniors through further social housing projects in the future, and is open to working with both the public and private sector in pursuit of this aim.’
