Keys Social Housing and Linkage, two entities within the Wise Group, teamed up and became LinkPeople in December 2016. Our name describes exactly what we do – we link people to housing and services that meet their individual needs.
Having a home and successfully navigating social services are both very important to achieving positive health outcomes. Based on the proven housing first model LinkPeople provides access to safe, affordable accommodation options and then links people with the health and social services they require for complete wraparound support.
