CHA responded to the Ministry of Housing and Urban Development – Te Tūāpapa Kura Kāinga Long Term Insights Briefing on the Implications of our Ageing Population for our Housing and Urban Futures. CHA provided advice on behalf of our members and with our perspectives on the wider institutional and regulatory settings within our housing system. We advocated for tenure diversity, increasing accessibly designed housing supply, and improving the connectivity of our communities to social infrastructure and support services.
