CHA’s Submission on HUD’s Proposed Transitional Housing Code of Practice
CHA submitted to the Ministry of Housing and Urban Development – Te Tūāpapa Kura Kāinga Proposed Transitional Housing (TH) Code of Practice (COP). CHA has long advocated for the rights of Transitional Housing Providers and Households to be formalised. CHA hosted representatives from Te Tūāpapa Kura Kāinga – Ministry of Housing and Urban Development and facilitated three feedback sessions discussing the TH CoP with TH providers, community law groups, motel operators, and other related professionals.
CHA produced two submissions on the TH CoP.
