CHA’s Submission to QLDC on the Inclusionary Housing component of the Proposed District Plan

CHA submitted to the Queenstown Lakes District Council on the Inclusionary Housing component of the Proposed District Plan in November 2022. CHA strongly endorsed the work of QLDC to formalise and make mandatory the Inclusionary Housing approach it has pioneered in New Zealand since 20003. We have worked over many years to promote Inclusionary Housing as an effective tool to ensure a wide range of housing needs are met within communities across New Zealand.
