CHRA Regulations and Performance Standards

The Community Housing Regulatory Authority (CHRA) has confirmed that the regulations, and associated performance standards for registered Community Housing Providers were Gazetted on Thursday 10 April 2014.

View the regulations at https://gazette.govt.nz

All supporting material, such as application forms and guidelines will be made available on the CHRA website on Monday 14 April 2014.

“Deemed” registered providers (those with a current RGA with the Social Housing Unit on 14 April 2014) will not need to make an application.

CHRA will make further information available over the forthcoming week.
