CORT Mt Wellington Development complete

The Prime Minister Rt Hon John Key and Minister of Social Housing Hon Paula Bennett opened CORT’s newest community housing development in Auckland on 29 January 2015.

These new homes are for people on low incomes, including those who are elderly and those who have disabilities. They are close to local public transport and shops and have extensive views over a park.

The units have been designed and constructed to a high specification by Waller Projects. The units were built and developed by CORT Community Housing with financial assistance through government Social Housing Unit (SHU) funding.
