CORT replaces the old with the fabulous

CORT Community Housing recently opened 12 new one bedroom homes in Otahuhu, Auckland. The Hon Jenny Salesa joined CORT staff, tenants, representatives from the Government, building industry and the community housing sector, to celebrate the partnerships that made the new build possible. The homes will be offered as public housing in partnership with MSD.

CORT is an experienced developer of affordable community housing. This is the first completed development from their build programme, with a further 155 homes being delivered over the next year and a half. Recognising the shortage of good quality one bedroom homes, CORT replaced two old houses with the warm and dry units suitable for single people or couples.
