CRESA- community housing sector and local government housing stock data reports

Thank you to all members and the non-member organisations who responded to the surveys. While the community housing sector report confirms 4021 units operated by the sector, CHA estimates a further 1000 units likely operated by sector organisations that did not respond to the survey. CHA will continue to use the estimate of 5000 units as the size of our sector portfolio.
