Information contained in the spreadsheet includes three worksheets of data. The first provides a portfolio overview by geographic areas including number of properties by bedroom, occupied and vacant units, and the average weekly market rent. The second provides Household composition characteristics and the final provides tenant age profiles for the geographic areas.
