The Transactions Unit is procuring these as part of the due diligence process for the potential transactions. The completed assessments are to “be provided to, and relied upon by, The Treasury, HNZC, and any potential bidder prior to a transaction”. Sourcing these centrally and sharing the information to potential bidders will ensure equal information is available to all participants. It will also decrease the disruption to existing tenants and lower the costs of participation faced by community housing organisations. Follow this link to the RFP.
