Trust leads revolution in housing

The Government wants a new approach to social housing, which would see more private providers, such as church groups and iwi, take on vulnerable tenants as the Government sells off thousands of homes.

Housing New Zealand (HNZ) confirmed to the Nelson Mail there are currently eight properties sitting empty in Nelson. Some had been empty for over two years, while others had been empty for about three months.
