MSD requests Registration of Interest for new IRRS funding in Auckland
This is a great opportunity to submit what the different contracting arrangements are that would work for your organisation – and from what you have all been telling us, those would include
- Long term certainty –matched to the duration of any borrowing – say 25 years
- Flexible- tenants may change as their needs change, the CHO would still have contractual certainty
CHA has been calling for this opportunity for some time- and while we would like to see it be available for the whole country, this is a positive step.
The GETS tender notification can be viewed here.
An information session is to be held on Tuesday 16 December.
Questions are due by 15 January, with proposals due by 5 February.
Find the Registration Response form here.
