The Wellington Community Housing Provider Network is a collective of CHPs who provide homes for whānau throughout Te Upoko o Te Ika a Māui (the Head of the Fish of Maui), the Greater Wellington Region. Chaired by Allison Cadman of Dwell Housing Trust, meetings are held to improve inter-organisational transparency and discuss the housing environment. Representatives of Te Āhuru Mōwai, Dwell Housing Trust, Salvation Army, Porirua Whānau Centre, and Habitat for Humanity have all attended WCHPN meetings. If you are a Community Housing Provider operating in the Greater Wellington region and would like to join in the network, email Chris Glaudel here: projects@communityhousing.org.nz.
