STOP PRESS – Charitable status and income tax exemption

Letters have gone out to community housing providers from Charities Services, dated 23 July, indicating that their activities are being reviewed. The letters are titled “Duty to Assist – Section 51 Charities Act 2005” and stipulate a time-frame of 28 August 2015 for an initial response.
